The sole purpose of this website is to permit You to view the availability of SHENGFU goods and services and to contact SHENGFU, and for no other purpose.

6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions, Your use of this website, and any dispute or claim arising from or in association with such matters shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of China. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Chinese courts. SHENGFU reserves the right to bring proceedings against any party which is in breach of these Terms and Conditions (the “defaulting party”) in the courts of the location of the breach or the courts of the country of the defaulting party’s residence, at SHENGFU’s sole discretion.

SHENGFU reserves the right to change any information or materials available on this website at any time without notice. SHENGFU may also amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice, and such modifications shall be effective immediately upon publishing the amended Terms and Conditions on the website.
